Food & Drink
Enjoy food and drink at one of the Winter Gardens Pavilion's two eateries: Lasseter's, which serves locally-sourced dishes produced by our head chef and offers stunning views of Weston-Super-Mare's bay; and The Florentine, which serves a selection of drinks, snacks and light meals on the Italian Gardens side of the building.
Both Lasseter's and The Florentine are open to the public and can be hired for private events and functions.
Lasseter's serves as the main restaurant attached to the ballroom, and bespoke menus can be made for events.
If you require a particular type, style or preparation method of food to be served at a banqueting event, the Winter Gardens Pavilion can supply a chef to suit your requirements.
Please get in touch for more information.
Lasseter's is the Winter Gardens Pavilion's main restaurant. It serves locally-sourced dishes created by head chef David Newman and his team of professional caterers.
The restaurant boasts stunning views of Weston-super-Mare's bay, as well as exciting menus that are based around fresh ingredients.
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturdays, with special set lunch and pre-theatre menus that change on a regular basis, plus lunch on Sundays from 12pm until 6pm.
Lasseter's hosts a monthly Chefs' Table tasting menu in its upstairs private dining area. The dishes created serve to highlight the best ingredients from the local area, plus the talents of the Lasseter's chefs. Dishes are cooked live and presented alongside an optional wine flight. The Florentine Bistro
The Florentine Bistro
The Florentine is a bistro cafe situated at the rear of the Winter Gardens, close to the Sovereign Shopping Centre.
Its name is inspired by Weston-super-Mare's iconic Italian Gardens, which the bistro's outside seating area overlooks.
The Florentine serves a selection of cakes, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, paninis and hot food, as well as a selection of hot and cold drinks.
We also serve afternoon tea for £12.50 per person, add Prosecco for £5 a glass.
The Florentine is licensed to serve alcohol, which makes it ideal to hire for small gatherings and parties.
