The Winter Gardens' ballroom is one of the most spectacular event spaces in the UK and can cater for a variety of corporate events including product launches, exhibitions, business meetings and team building exercises; the possibilities are endless.

Its elegant sunken floor is sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests, and brings with it a touch of tradition whilst being a modern and contemporary venue, perfect for hosting your conference, getting your team inspired and thinking outside of their usual four walls.

Our catering partner Fosters Events will be on hand throughout the whole planning process, to guide you through from your first enquiry and initial show around, to helping you make the most of the space. The team will make sure that the all-important details are not forgotten, so you don’t have to.

The ballroom features a state-of-the-art colour changing lighting system, which enables you to dress the room with any colour or variety of colours with a user-friendly touchscreen device, and full audio visual support from the building's technicians is available for a fee.

The venue is perfectly suited to conferences, and bespoke audio and presentation systems can be hired and tailored to your requirements, enabling conferences to run with ease.

The ballroom also features a large removable stage with a variety of size and height options.
